This film is set in the 1960s. This song has a lot of jazz/blues/cabaret influences, esp. Ella Fitzgerald and the like. Not mindblowing, but interesting nevertheless. Sunidhi Chauhan's versatile voice is great for this song.

The arrangement is very much rooted in the girl group styles from the 60s... Though I'd say this sounds more like a Broadway show tune with jazz influence than anything that was popular here at the time - nice pastiche, really.
